The Creative Spaces Collective (CSC) is a partnership of community organizations, artists, and patrons of the arts working to organize, expand, and fund initiatives that promote art education and public art experiences across Indiana County.

CSC is funded by the Creative Communities Initiative Grant from the Pennsylvania Council on the Arts, whose mission is to strengthen the cultural, educational, and economic vitality of Pennsylvania's communities through the arts.
